Return & Exchange Policy 

Returns are available for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery date. Items must be returned unopened/unused and in their original packaging. You can request a return by emailing frances@francesvirginiadesigns.com.

Returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted on vintage items, they are final sale.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
